Service Terms

We provide custom film production carried out by people. Services may include brief development, creative and story work, storyboards, shot-by-shot production and selection, editing, sound, captions and delivery in agreed formats. The website is not a self-service tool that instantly generates a video from one sentence.

Starting prices and form estimates are planning references, not formal offers. An order is governed by the formal quote accepted in the project hub, including scope, length, formats, finish, versions, revision rounds, schedule, assumptions and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is normally valid for seven days.

You must provide accurate contact information and protect your account. Briefs, follow-up answers, scope confirmations and quote acceptance in the project hub form part of the project record. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You confirm that you may submit and license us to use the likenesses, photos, video, music, logos, products, scripts and other material supplied, and that necessary third-party or guardian consent has been obtained. We may ask for evidence, replacement material or decline a project when rights are incomplete or instructions are unlawful.

Unless the formal quote states otherwise, the standard schedule is a 50% production deposit after quote approval and a 50% balance before watermark-free final delivery. Stripe processes payment. Scheduling starts only after the deposit is confirmed, scope is approved and required material is complete. A browser success page does not replace Stripe-signed payment confirmation.

The formal quote states included revision rounds. A revision is a defined adjustment within the approved direction and scope. New story lines, people, duration, languages, formats, products, settings, or replacing the approved direction are scope changes and may change price and schedule. Feedback should be consolidated for each round.

Custom production creates creative, testing, production and reserved-capacity costs once work begins. On client cancellation, completed work and irreversible costs are not refundable; any unearned balance is handled according to the formal quote and applicable law. If we cannot continue, unearned amounts are returned. Any special cancellation milestone or refund arrangement must be written in the quote.

We provide previews and final files according to the approved scope. Clients should consolidate feedback within five business days of a preview; late feedback may move the schedule. Watermark-free files are delivered after final payment and agreed revisions. Platform and generation tools vary, and third-party references define direction only—we do not promise an identical or frame-for-frame result.

After all amounts are paid, the client receives the use rights in the final film stated in the quote. Third-party music, fonts, assets, models and platform terms continue to apply. Production methods, working files, unused shots, reusable templates and tool configurations do not transfer automatically. A client project is never published as our work without separate, explicit permission.

Every project is reviewed by a person before payment. We may decline work that lacks permission, creates deception or harm risk, is unlawful, violates the content policy, cannot be delivered reliably or falls outside our capabilities. We may ask for more information or replacement material before deciding.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss directly caused by its own breach. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow to be limited. The client is responsible for platform approvals, industry compliance, accuracy of claims and final commercial use; we are responsible for the production work expressly promised in the accepted quote.

The terms visible when a client accepts a formal quote govern that order. Material updates change the effective date on this page. An already approved scope will not be changed unilaterally only because website terms are updated.
