Content and Likeness Policy

A production professional reviews every request before a formal quote or payment. The form helps clients explain the project but does not replace human judgment about likeness consent, source material, intended use, technical feasibility and potential harm. We may ask questions, request evidence, limit a use, require replacement material or decline the work.

A project depicting a specific person requires the necessary consent and an honest description of use. Do not impersonate someone to deceive, harass, humiliate, sexualize or create material reputational, financial or physical risk. Public figures, identity impersonation, face replacement, deceased people and highly realistic fictional events receive enhanced review and may be declined.

Projects involving minors must be submitted and authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Child sexual exploitation, sexualization, grooming, intimate nudity, dangerous or humiliating depictions, and improper commercial exploitation are prohibited. We may request proof of age and guardianship.

We do not accept non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual exploitation, content that materially facilitates serious wrongdoing or harm, hate or targeted harassment, extortion, fraud, phishing, fabricated evidence, impersonation for gain, evasion of safety systems, or other work that cannot be delivered lawfully and safely.

We do not create fabricated depictions of candidates, government officials, war, disasters, news events or public institutions that could mislead the public, and we do not package fiction as real evidence. Satire, art and education still require clear context and disclosure and may be declined when the risk is too high.

Clients must own or obtain the permissions needed for music, logos, products, characters, photos, film, manuscripts and other protected material. References may communicate pace, light, composition and emotion, but we do not promise to copy a specific work, protected character or the distinctive style of a living creator.

Medical, financial, employment, education, housing, political advertising and other high-impact work requires additional evidence and compliance review. Fake endorsements, performance data, credentials, customer reviews or product capabilities are not allowed. The client remains responsible for final copy, claims and the rules of each distribution region.

Fictional horror, thriller and action stories can be considered, but they may not target a real person with threats, encourage real-world harm, provide actionable severe wrongdoing instructions, or include prohibited sexual or exploitative content. Acceptance depends on realism, audience, context and age rating.

Review continues throughout production. If new material or instructions violate this policy, we may pause affected shots, require a scope change or stop the project. Fee handling depends on completed work, responsibility, the accepted quote and applicable law.
