Some projects need character continuity and story development. Others need product precision, motion design, sound or many delivery versions. The team should follow the work—not force every project through the same template.

- Owns the brief, scope, client communication, approvals and final delivery standard.
- Creative & boards
- Turns the goal and source material into a treatment, story, visual language and shot plan.
- Shot production
- Builds, selects, remakes and corrects the planned images against continuity and accuracy rules.
- Post-production
- Creates the complete edit, pacing, color, music, voice, captions and required versions.
